You certainly can. Premier Mauritius believes the customer is king, and therefore can decide for themselves.

However please be aware that you will not be protected under our ATOL if your booking with us does not include a flight element. This is because ATOL cover is only relevant to flight inclusive packages.

The short answer is yes. You can book any of the services we offer independently. The only exception being that we do NOT offer flights only.

Most airlines accept pregnant women up to 28 weeks upon return. However we would always recommend that you seek your doctors advice before flying.

Yes, Premier Mauritius Holidays Ltd is a UK registered travel agent. We are fully insured through the Combined Tour Operator and Travel Agent insurance, and ATOL (9252) registered.

The deposit or first payment will reflect the payment policy of our partners. For example, most of our airlines tickets are payable in advance, whilst the accommodation elements (hotel or self catering) require a non-refundable deposit.

The deposit is £ 100 per person (excluding infants) plus any applicable insurance premiums on confirmation of booking. Some airfares may be based on instant purchase tickets or ticketing deadlines soon after purchase. If a booking is made on such a fare, full payment for the flight or flight inclusive element of the package will be required in accordance with these restrictions. You will be notified by a member of our reservations staff if you have booked such a fare. All late bookings (within 7 days of departure) will incur a £ 15 per person fee.

The balance is payable eight (8) weeks prior to departure. If a booking is made within eight (8) weeks of departure, full payment is required immediately

Yes we can accept payments by cash, postal orders and cheques.

Other charges are airport taxes (we will quote you nett plus airport taxes), credit card charges (please see question on credit card charges), booking fee (advised at the point of booking).

This very much depends what you are booking with us.

Generally the price of a package will include the airfare, accommodation on the board basis selected, pre-payable airline taxes and scheduled airline failure insurance, and transfers where specified.

This depends on the chosen accommodation. Most hotels and self catering have a minimum stay, particularly during the busy seasons.

Generally up to 12 months in advance. However this is dependant on your choice of airline or hotel. We will of course do our utmost to book whatever you require.

These are differing forms of board basis, half board entitles the guest to a breakfast and evening meal (although in some cases it may be lunch), Full board entitles the guest to breakfast, lunch and an evening meal. All inclusive means that a variety of meals, drinks and activities are included. The level of which depends on the hotel and accomodation.

We try and highlight these features on each available accommodation.

• If your departure date is more than 7 days from booking your documents will be sent via 1st class mail.
  
• If your departure date is 7 days or less from booking date then we will contact you to verify the special delivery costs.
  
• If the above options are not available we will arrange a Ticket on Departure (TOD). We will charge a £30 surcharge in addition to any charges applied by the airline, which will be automatically applied to your booking after confirmation.
  

Mauritius airport has some local airport charges. Please check with our Mauritius office for the most up-to-date airport taxes.

Yes, you can request certain special meals on flights, these are not however guaranteed. Please advise us when we take your booking and we will do our best.
